Welcome to Gallery Six Extreme My name is Scarlet Pirate Voyager. The art that embraces my life full-time is known as Extreme Digital Imagery. My medium is not a computer but rather limited to MsnTv and I do all of my work out of Image Magick Studios. The main goal of this unique art form is to take something, usually a graphic found online, and to turn it into someting Extreme yet still recognizable. That is where the difference between good Imagers and not so good Imagers lie. The ability to still have a piece of art, not just a blob, blur or blip but something evoking recognition and/or emotion is the true tale. Online, I own a newsgroup along with another Imager, teach Extreme Imaging at beginning, intermediate and advanced levels out of it and form new ideas in the way of techniques/tutorials. This is an art form continually in motion, every day another dimension to be found in order to give all of us Extreme Images new-found ideas in which to create what we do. |
